关于AVS2-P6智能媒体传输标准的必要专利召集公告
鉴于《信息技术 高效多媒体编码 第6部分:智能媒体传输》已经由国家标准化管理委员会于2024年5月28日颁布为国家标准GB/T 33475.6-2024（以下简称AVS2-P6），为支撑AVS系列标准产业应用和推广，AVS专利池管理中心已启动AVS2-P6智能媒体传输标准专利池的筹建工作。
AVS系列专利池建设将遵循以下原则：
（1）最大程度的将所有包含必要权利要求的专利吸收在内的原则；
（2）诚实信用原则；
（3）自愿参与原则；
（4）非排他性原则；
（5）非歧视性的管理原则。
AVS系列专利池提供的专利许可将遵循以下原则：
（1）公平非歧视性原则；
（2）专利许可模式简易可行原则；
（3）有竞争力的许可费用原则。
请认为持有AVS2-P6智能媒体传输标准必要专利的单位或个人，按照《AVS2-P6专利池独立评估提交指南》，向AVS专利池管理中心提出评估申请。AVS专利池管理中心将组织AVS专利池独立评估专家对收到的专利进行必要性评估。

Call for Essential Patents for AVS2-P6
Whereas "Information technology High efficiency multimedia coding Part 6: Smart media transport" has been published by the Standardization Administration of the P.R.C. as the national standard GB/T 33475.6-2024 (hereinafter referred to as AVS2-P6) on May 28, 2024, in order to support the AVS standard for industrial application and promotion, the AVS Patent Pool Administration has launched the preparation of the AVS2-P6 patent pool.
The management principles of AVS Patent Pool:
(1) Inclusion
(2) In Good Faith
(3) Voluntary Participation
(4) Non-exclusive
(5) Non-discriminatory
The license principles of AVS Patent Pool:
(1) RAND
(2) Simple and feasible patent licensing mode
(3) Competitive licensing fee
Any entity or individual that hold potentially essential patent for AVS3-P2, please submit the application for evaluation to the AVS Patent Pool Administration in accordance with the Guidelines for Submission of Independent Evaluation of AVS2-P6 Patent Pool. AVS Patent Pool Administration will arrange for the independent evaluator to conduct the evaluation of the received patents.
